Just stroll through the streets of Paris to discover the many “chocolate shops”, each more appetizing than the next. They are often the result of better skilled workers in France, such as Pascal Caffet, or the extension of a catering business like Alain Ducasse. The younger generations and the more experienced live side by side in this mouth-watering gourmet and gourmet world.

The iconic Parisian that no longer needs to be presented with its international expansion and that was also found at the airport. In his words, this house created in 1977 “has been revealing all the genius of chocolate for 40 years” with gourmet and subtle creations.
